Event Operations
Bringing large-scale visions to life through rigorous logistics, coordination, and live event execution. I oversee end-to-end event lifecycles to create memorable, high-energy experiences for attendees and stakeholders alike.
Mayhem Music Festival 2026
I was a Music Festival Coordinator and Project Manager for the 2026 relaunch of Mayhem, an annual Bowling Green native music festival. I orchestrated all phases of the all-day, community-focused music. I negotiated and secured contracts with 6 local and regional artists as well as 4 local vendors. Additionally, I managed high-level sponsorships with Signature Healthcare and WKU President Timothy Caboni. We were able to curate a diverse lineup and immersive "on-site" experience, including professional stage banners, Mayhem branded backdrop for attendee pictures, and a vendor village that enhanced the events brand identity.
I was the point of contact for ensuring all rider/vendor requirements and logistics were met and I directed a cross-functional team of 8 security professionals to ensure seamless execution of the 8+ hours of live programming. I mitigated event risk by developing comprehensive venue maps, event briefs, and emergency contingency plans in compliance with local authorities. I also took on a role as a Festival Producer and Brand Strategist as the manager of our 4 person PR Team. I crafted the PR campaign we utilized to maximize engagement and visibility. Said campaign included a PESO Model approach with brand-building methodologies in order to establish and maintain brand synergy even with the short time frame we had to promote the event.
